Approval Required Before Booking
Ready for Production?
Factory consultations are for customers with finished, print-ready artwork or an existing order ready to process. Our team must review and approve your project before an appointment can be scheduled.
Submitting a request does not book an appointment. Your project must be approved by the Xsports team first. No calendar slot is reserved when you submit.
Submit Your Project for Review
- Send your artwork or existing order reference. Use our quote request form to upload your finished artwork. For an existing order, include your order or quote number in the notes so we can review the files already on record.
- Include your production details. Tell us the service, garment, quantity, sizes, decoration locations and requested deadline. In the notes, write “Consultation review” and include any existing order or quote number.
- Wait for team approval. We will review your artwork and order details. Once approved, our team will contact you to arrange an appointment. If anything is missing, we will ask you to complete it first.
Submit Artwork / Order for Review
Embroidery: 6-piece minimum; no same-day service. Screen printing: 25-piece minimum. Final production timing is confirmed after artwork and order review.
