CMYK can't print a true red, a real orange, or a clean royal blue. It fakes them by mixing, and the result is dull. Our press adds dedicated red, green, blue and orange channels on top of CMYK and a double white underbase — about 50% more color range than a standard DTF setup. Team colors, brand Pantones and photo art land the way they look on screen.

Gang sheet or pressed — which do I want?
Gang sheets if you have a heat press and want the lowest cost per design. Pressed if you want finished goods — send us the garments (or buy blanks from us) and we print and press. Same film, same inks either way.
What fabrics does DTF work on?
Almost anything: cotton, polyester, blends, performance wear, nylon, canvas, denim, hats. If it can take a heat press, it can take a transfer. It's the go-to for poly and team uniforms where DTG won't work.
What file do you need?
PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI at print size. For gang sheets, build a 22"-wide canvas and lay your designs out with about 0.5" between them, or send the designs individually and we'll gang them for you.
How do I press a gang sheet?
Cut out the design, press at the settings included with your order, peel, then press again for 5 seconds to lock it in. Standard settings ship with every sheet. Test one first — every press runs slightly different.
DTF or DTG — which should I use?
DTG for soft-hand, photo-quality prints on cotton, especially oversized. DTF for polyester, performance fabrics, small logos, exact brand colors, or high-volume runs. We run both under one roof and will tell you which wins for your job.
How long does it take?
Standard decorated orders are 7–10 business days once artwork is approved and garments are in house. Gang sheets turn faster — tell us your date and we'll confirm. Rush available.
Do you do wholesale gang sheets for other shops?
Yes. Shops and brands running volume get contract pricing on roll-length sheets. Ask on the quote form.
