Controlled Worldwide Distribution

Controlled worldwide distribution insures that the contractors using these high quality products can be referred to new customers, kept abreast of changing specifications or new products and included in marketing programs. These purposes will ultimately insure that quality standards are maintained.

Specifically, controlled distribution allows each contractor to be confident that investments in quality and regional marketing will be rewarded by subsequent referrals from satisfied customers and net-work referrals by the brands and other contractors.

Each of these brands has established very extensive manufacturing quality control procedures. However, the manufacturers all realize that their products are ultimately only as good as the contractors that use them. The more complicated the construction and installation processes are, the more reasons for controlling their use. Several of these brands require contractor certification prior to selling components of these systems.

Each of these brands has domestic and international marketing and advertising programs. These programs are the foundation on which each contractor builds individual promotional programs. Controlled distribution allows the brand to support the local contractor, and allows the local contractor to tie himself to he prestige of the international recognition of the best brands in tennis court construction.

In several countries of the world, contractors are given exclusivity for several of these brands. This exclusivity is the ultimate form of controlled distribution and has all the same benefits. Additionally, however, granting exclusivity can also bring a very effective ally to the team, who will assist in protecting from trademark, copyright and patent infringements. Again, this assures the customers that they are in fact obtaining the branded products that were expected.
